Story
I am 75 this year, and enjoy keeping fit, and challenging myself. I have been a Rotarian for 20 years, and really enjoy the aims and aspirations of Rotary, with this year's theme being " ROTARY CONNECTS THE WORLD'"
Shelterbox is an amazing program that is able to respond within days of a disaster, to give families shelter and equipment to survive for a period of time, anywhere in the world, that disaster strikes.
To participate in this challenge, I am expected to raise in the vicinity of $3600, to promote and support ShelterBox.
I am asking anyone who is able to contribute, say even the cost of a cup of coffee, $5, a motel room, $100. Whatever you feel comfortable, giving, know at the end of the day, I am hoping to raise $3600.
Any amount would be greatly appreciated and of course, your donation is tax deductible.
